Your Daily Mun: Stress
Something we all encounter every now and then. Most of the time it's stress caused by others upon us, self inflicted ('what if', 'I have to', 'o no, I think I can't') and not as disasterous as we think. Of course some issues cause a lot of it and are of the utmost importancy but many times it didn't seem to be as necessary as thought up front...
Next to that, doesn't it seem that the rest of the world isn't worrying about a thing when you worry a lot? Not fair, is it?
